M3M India (M3M Group) is a Gurugram-headquartered developer. Company materials put its founding around 2010, though a company-registry record for its primary entity, M3M India Private Limited, shows incorporation on 21 March 2007, with a related M3M India Holdings Private Limited incorporated in February 2010 — these two dates are not reconciled.
M3M describes its own operating cities as Gurugram, Noida and Panipat, with projects including M3M Golf Estate, M3M Merlin, M3M Woodshire, the branded Trump Towers Noida, and a 337-acre township in Panipat. Pune is not named among M3M's self-reported operating cities in any company material checked.
The name "M3M Smart World" already exists as a real, currently disputed project in Sector 61, Gurugram, where homebuyers have alleged the project was split into segments after payment and that construction remains far behind schedule, with complaints filed at the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in January 2026. It is not confirmed whether the Pune page describes a genuinely new, separate project that happens to share this name, or whether its content was adapted from the Gurugram listing.
The Pune page itself is internally inconsistent: it describes the development as an "upcoming residential development" in one place and states "all units are ready to move" in another.
No MahaRERA number, independent portal listing (99acres, Housing.com, Square Yards, MagicBricks, NoBroker) or news report could be found confirming an M3M project in Pune.
A related but legally separate company, Smartworld Developers, shares a promoter family with M3M (Pankaj Bansal) and co-brands some luxury projects — the exact corporate relationship between the two companies is not confirmed.
Given the unresolved name-collision risk with the disputed Gurugram project, verify directly with M3M's official channels whether this Pune project genuinely exists before proceeding.
Ask for a MahaRERA number and verify it on the MahaRERA portal — none was found for this listing in this research pass.
Not confirmed. No MahaRERA number, independent property portal, or news report corroborates an M3M project in Pune, and M3M's own materials list only Gurugram, Noida and Panipat as its operating cities.
"M3M Smart World" is also the name of a real, currently disputed project in Sector 61, Gurugram, facing homebuyer complaints and NCDRC proceedings — it is unclear whether the Pune page is a genuinely separate project or adapted content from that listing.
Company materials cite around 2010, though a registry record shows its main entity was incorporated in 2007 — not reconciled.
